Thinking about making a post filled with strange things that were said to my friends and I during that week. i need to get some movement, get out of my headspace
I really shouldn't have to say anything about this band. But pretty much We Barbarians are the icing on my cupcake. Lovely fellas, amazing musicians and you HAVE to see them live, that is if you haven't already on their tour with Ra Ra Riot, even then you should go see them again. Their energy on stage is incredible and they just have a really strong presence that is infectious.
Here are some photos from the Lawrence, KS show last weekend. Which was a blast despite me getting sick (but what else new? Really, when am I not getting sick? I should start stating I feel good because that would shock people more than saying I don't feel well).
Anyways, Chloe, Kristen and I haven't seen them since December of 2007 (but back then we didn't know each other...) and it was Julia's first time seeing them. I would say it was a good evening and it was fun walking about Lawrence, adventuring.
Plus, the bartender complimented SO many of our drinks. I am not talking just beer, we are ladies of class. I am talking Jameson and Tanqueray...thanks dude at the Granada!
And as you know, I wear their shirt all the time, you'd think it's the only shirt I own. It's practical falling apart but it's a rad ass t-shirt. Let's reminiscence on some class photos of Chloe and I werrrking the shirts.

Andrew Garfield

It's no secret that currently I am obsessed with Andrew Garfield (sorry R. Patz you've been replaced). Not only is he a stone fox but an amazing actor. Last evening I saw "Never Let Me Go" (which I'll write about later) and he gave such a beautiful performance. I'm interested to see how the Spider-man Roboot turns out. I am such a Spider-man geek. Every time any of the films are on I have to watch it (even the shit third one).
Also, he seems like a hilarious guy. Thanks to Natalie for making my morning by telling me about this video. It's pretty much the best thing ever. So fudgin' adorable!
Lastly, here are some cool polaroids of Mr. Garfield for Band Of Outsiders Fall 2010 lookbook. I really need to photograph for Band Of Outsiders. Love their constant usage of polaroids.

So far I've heard more vlogs, outfit posts, features on other photographers and mixes...
Anyways, right now, Jamie of the xx mix for Colette is making my existence (I know I am a bit late finding this mix but whatevs). Been listening to it as I work. Love making spreadsheets and calculating numbers, it's like I am working for my father again.

I swear I will get back to writing about New York adventures soon.
The past two weeks have been insanely busy and incredibly frustrating. I am running myself into the ground. School, job ops, and possibly another move. My mind is all over the place and I haven't been myself.
Sorry to everyone who unfortunately had to be around me recently. I've been more neurotic than usual, returning to that dark place and my old ways, and just being a total bratty ass wipe. Like bailing out on people? I NEVER do that.
I just need to take a few steps back and breathe. No one likes a debbie downer.
To change subjects, right now I am currently OBSESSED with the new Crocodiles album "Sleep Forever". I finally listened to it last week and it hasn't left my car since.
